Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Savva Coaching collects, why, and what you can do about it. Savva Coaching is the data controller. You can reach us at louisa@savvacoaching.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us, and a little anonymous usage data:

  • Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, any phone number you choose to give, and your message.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe we store your email address and, if you give them, your first and last name.
  • Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies we collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics 4. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for it. Please do not include sensitive personal details in a first enquiry.

Why we process it

  • To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver coaching. The lawful basis is performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
  • To send the newsletter, on the basis of your consent. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how the site is used, on the basis of your consent.

Confidentiality of coaching

What you discuss in a coaching session is confidential. Session notes are kept securely, are not shared, and are not used for marketing. The narrow exceptions are those required by law.

Who else sees your data

We keep the list of processors short:

  • Brevo — delivers enquiry and newsletter email.
  • Google Firebase — hosts this website.
  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised usage statistics, only with your consent.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Coaching records are kept for as long as the professional obligations of an ICF-credentialled coach require, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email louisa@savvacoaching.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
