One-to-one coaching

Fulfilment and growth

Fulfilment and growth coaching is one-to-one work that helps you look past external achievement and define what a satisfying, authentic and purpose driven life looks like for you personally. It is for people who have reached a point where success no longer feels meaningful and want to make choices based on their own values rather than expectations.

Who this is for

For professionals who have achieved externally but feel a growing mismatch between their life and what actually matters to them, and who want to work one to one on a more authentic, purpose driven direction.

Format
Online, or in person across the Randstad
Hours
Monday to Sunday, 08:00 - 22:00 CET
First step
A free consultation, no obligation

External achievement stops being satisfying at some point. You may have the title, the salary, the respect of people around you, and still find yourself asking whether this is really it. What used to drive you now feels thin, and the next promotion or project does not promise anything different. You are not failing. You are asking a harder question.

That is where coaching helps. In our sessions we slow down and look at what a good life means for you specifically, not for your CV, your family, or the person you are supposed to be. We talk about what you would regret not doing, and what a more authentic and purpose driven version of your work might look like. This rarely produces a neat answer. It produces a truer one.

The change is not a sudden overhaul. It is a quieter recognition of what you already know about yourself, and the willingness to act on it. You start making choices that fit your values rather than the expectations you have outgrown. That is how a career on paper starts to become a life that feels like yours.

Does this sound familiar?

You might recognise some of this

If more than one of these lands, this is usually the right place to start.

  • I have a successful career but I still feel empty and wonder if this is all there is.
  • I keep achieving goals but the satisfaction fades quickly and I do not know what is next.
  • I am an expat in the Netherlands feeling cut off from what used to give my life meaning.
  • I want to change direction but I am not sure what a more authentic career would look like.
  • I compare myself to others and feel behind even though on paper I am doing well.

The work

What we work on together

01

Defining enough

We look at what external achievement has given you and why it no longer feels like enough. Then we start naming what a good life looks like on your own terms.

02

Values and regret

We identify the values you actually live by, not the ones you think you should have. We also talk about what you would regret not doing, because that often points to what matters.

03

Authentic work

We explore what a more authentic and purpose driven version of your work might be. This includes the practical question of what you can change without throwing everything away.

04

Living with uncertainty

We accept that this rarely produces a neat answer. The goal is to help you make choices you can stand behind, even while the picture is still forming.

Outcomes

What you leave with

  • You have a clearer picture of what a satisfying life means to you personally.
  • You can name two or three changes that would make your work feel more authentic.
  • You know what you would regret not doing and have a first step towards it.
  • You have a way to make decisions that respects your values rather than others' expectations.

How it works

Getting started

  1. Free first consultation

We start with a free consultation where you say what is happening and I will be honest about whether I can help.

  2. One to one sessions

We meet one to one, in person across the Randstad or online worldwide, in English, at times that fit your week.

  3. Ongoing direction

We keep the practical next steps visible so each session leaves you with something to try before the next.

In their words

What people say

I was torn between two job opportunities and felt stuck. Louisa helped me explore my values, priorities, and long-term goals, bringing clarity to the decision. With her guidance, I chose the role that aligns best with my aspirations, making the process far more manageable.
Esther Clarity in career decisions
As a Director of Technology, I initially led with a technical, performance-driven style. Louisa’s coaching helped me trust my team, delegate effectively, and foster engagement. By shifting my mindset, I now lead with confidence, balancing strategy and team development, transforming both my leadership and team performance.

Questions about fulfilment and growth

Still unsure whether this is the right fit? Ask directly. A short call usually settles it faster than a brochure.

Ask a question
Where do you coach in person?
I coach in person across the Randstad, including Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Haarlem, Leiden and Almere. I am based in Hilversum, so those areas are easy for me to reach. If you are not in the Netherlands, or if you prefer to stay home, we can work online anywhere in the world.
Do you offer online coaching?
Yes. All sessions are available online worldwide, and I also coach in person across the Randstad. You choose the format that suits you, and we can mix the two if your circumstances change. The work is the same either way.
How is this different from therapy?
Coaching is not therapy and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My work is forward looking: we focus on the life and work you want to build, not on processing the past. If something comes up that needs a therapist, I will say so and suggest you speak to one.
What are your coaching qualifications?
I hold ICF ACC Level 1 and PCC Level 2 certifications, and I am a Certified Practitioner and Advanced NLP coach through Richard Bandler. I also trained as a life, motivational, social and emotional coach with INEMLA, and I have a degree from Bournemouth University. I have spent 25 years in learning and development, with the last 10 years in coaching.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes, the first consultation is free. It is a chance for us to talk about what is happening and for you to decide whether I am the right coach for you. There is no obligation to continue after that.
What times and days can we meet?
Sessions run from 08:00 to 22:00 CET, Monday to Sunday. Weekends are available by arrangement. All sessions are in English.
