Terms Of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the provision of personal coaching services (“Coaching Services”) by Savva Coaching, a brand name of Pursue Your Potential (“I,” “me,” or “my coaching”), a company registered at Herenstraat 41, Hilversum, The Netherlands, to you (“Client”).

By engaging my coaching services, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

1. Definitions

  1. Coaching Services: One-on-one personal coaching sessions delivered by me either in-person or online.
  2. Session: A standard coaching session lasting 1.5 hours.
  3. Packages: Coaching packages are available for 6, 10, or 12 sessions. Single sessions may also be booked.
  4. Client: The individual receiving my coaching services.
  5. Payment: Fees payable for coaching sessions or packages, which may be made after sessions are provided.
  6. Cancellation: A request to cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching session.

2. Scope of Coaching Services

Nature of Services:
My coaching is designed to help you uncover core values, set clear goals, and overcome limiting beliefs while fostering accountability, motivation, and overall personal growth. Please note that my coaching is not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., medical, psychological, legal, or financial).

Delivery Methods:
Coaching sessions may be provided online (e.g., via video calls) or in-person at mutually agreed locations.

Client Eligibility:
My coaching services are intended for individual clients.

3. Payment Terms

Fees:

    • Single sessions and package deals (6, 10, or 12 sessions) are available.
    • I accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or any other common method.

Timing of Payment:
Payment is due after sessions have been provided. No upfront payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoicing:
Invoices will be issued after sessions or upon completion of a package as agreed.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Notice:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Refund Policy:

    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice unless valid reasons are presented and accepted by me.
    • Valid reasons may include emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, subject to my review.

Rescheduling:
With proper notice, I will endeavor to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. 

5. Confidentiality

Commitment to Privacy:
All information shared during sessions is 100% confidential. I will not disclose any personal or session details to third parties except when required by law.

Data Protection:
I take appropriate measures to secure your personal data in compliance with the GDPR and applicable Dutch privacy laws. For more details, please refer to my Privacy Policy at https://www.savvacoaching.com/privacy-policy/.

6. Liability

No Guaranteed Outcomes:
While I strive to provide high-quality coaching, I do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. The effectiveness of coaching depends on your active participation and implementation of strategies discussed.

Limitation of Liability:
My liability is limited to the fees paid for the Coaching Services. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services.

Client Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions. My coaching is not a substitute for professional advice.

7. Termination

Termination by Either Party:

    • Either party may terminate the coaching relationship by providing written notice.
    • I reserve the right to terminate my coaching services immediately in cases of non-payment, repeated cancellations without valid notice, or inappropriate behavior.

Outstanding Payments:
Any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable immediately.

8. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution:
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Court of Amsterdam.

9. Professional Standards

Ethical Conduct:
I provide coaching in accordance with common professional standards and the ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Affiliation:
I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics. For more details, please see ICF Code of Ethics.

10. Amendments

Right to Amend:
I reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you in writing.

Continued Use:
Your continued use of my coaching services after amendments signifies your acceptance of the updated T&C.
